Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange We accept exchanges within 2 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

2. Exchange Process

  • To initiate an exchange, contact our support team at Pakperfumes129@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

  • Once approved, ship the item back to our provided return address.

3. Fragrance Exchange Condition

  • Fragrance products must be completely undamaged, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Opened, used, or damaged fragrances will not be accepted for exchange under any circumstances.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Opened or used fragrances.

  • Items damaged after delivery.

  • Personalized or customized products.

5. Shipping Costs for Exchange

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective item sent).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.

6. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with photos as proof. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution accordingly.
